Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us. You may receive between 2-10 messages per month, depending on your trial status, class bookings, and promotional campaigns.

5. Carrier Liability Disclaimer

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your wireless carrier. Capital MMA & Elite Fitness, its affiliates, and any third-party service providers involved in sending messages are not responsible for:

Delayed, lost, or undelivered messages due to carrier network issues
Technical failures, system outages, or interruptions in service
Incompatible handsets or devices
Messages blocked by your carrier or device settings
Any charges imposed by your wireless carrier

Our SMS program is supported by all major US carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and others. T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
